Dreams are activities in the unseen world of real self. All visions and dreams are given for the benefit of the individual would we but interpret them correctly. Dreams are messages from the subconscious – our nightly ‘Guru’.

Dreams are reflections of the following areas:

• Continuation of daily problems – a playback of daily activities.
• Physical conditions - relating to the physical body and its actions.
• Mental – through the subconscious.
• Emotional – Corrective dreams, related to mental and emotional stresses and strains.
• Spiritual – a projection from the spiritual forces (super-conscious to the sub-conscious of the individual.) These dreams have the greatest transformative effect.
• Wish fulfillment or compensatory readjustments.
• Warning Dreams – to be heeded. They usually relate to elimination and assimilation (Diet and exercise.) Ate or drank too much.
• Complimentary – signify encouragement in one’s life.
• Past Life Dreams – these take us to certain episodes of our past lives so that we do not make the same blunders.
• Nightmares – stem from overwhelming problems, emotional conflicts repressed during waking time. If recurring, they are most important as they have a significant meaning.
• Premonition, prophetic dreams, ESP or precognition dreams.
• Escape valve – letting off steam that would be unacceptable in waking life.

It is a form of release:

• Hodge Podge – meaningless rehash of recent activities. Over indulgence of food and drink. External stimuli.
• Inspirational – theta level
• Divine Revelations – delta level

Don’t be disappointed in your dreams. Few dreams give us a “pat on the back”. Most are critical of our faults and shortcomings and are seldom complimentary. Dreams are sometimes brought in to assist us make decisions and reflect on our current situations. They endeavour to teach and correct our shortcomings. We usually dream 4 – 7 times each night and they are each 5 – 20 minutes in duration. We dream in symbols for a valid purpose. Divine revelations are highly charged with the primordial energy which leaves us full of bouncing energy and in an euphoric state. Before commencing on interpretations, we must ascertain as to which category your dream falls into.
